Office Operations & HR Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & HR Manager located in Jerusalem District, Israel. The Operations & HR Manager will oversee daily operations, office management and HR functions, including organizing office needs, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, finance, and organizational development. This role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth business operations and implementing operational policies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management and Business Administration
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Excel
  • Experience in Office administration
  • Excellent Hebrew and English
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations
  • Skills in performance management and organizational development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in a tech or software development environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
